Experiment 24601, yes, that was her name. That was all she knew, she was never given a proper one, but at the moment it didn't matter. 24601 was running, no, she was sprinting. Her black eyes frantic as she focused forward, the lab she was imprisoned in had caught a flame, and explosions sounded left and right, but she had managed to get completely out, with miracles that were beyond her own. If there was a god, he was watching over her.
Her bare feet slapped on the cold outside ground, as she ran for her dear life, stopping only to catch her breath, which she could only breath through her almost nonexistent nose. She skidded to a halt once again and put her hands on her knees sinking her head, her chest rising and falling rapidly but it was hard to hear her wheezing. When she had finally lifted her head she gazed out in wonder..and fright. Such...space, and vast land she was in, and broken cement, and strange bridges, she had never seen such things before...
Black eyes slowly turned white again as she calmed herself. She was well away from that Hell by now. All she could really do was take a pace and look at the world she had now become apart of. Starting a slow walk again her head must have done so many twists and turns as she looked around at the odd new things. She had no regard for where she was going, or what she was doing. Much less how strange she must look in public. But that wasn't the half of it. Thankfully 24601 has yet to run into any other persons. Because if she did she would be running again. 24601 had grown up around other beings, that lived on torturing and experimenting on her. So seeing other people would make her think the exact same thing. They were there to hurt her, they were there to torture her...she needed to get out and away.
Being raised in that environment had fixed her mindset in that particular way. As her white eyes looked around she slowed down and eventually stopped before a broken bridge. It was enormous, and seemed so ruined. In a way it made her think of herself, but she shook her head. That bridge was once perfect, it was once the way it should be. She was never perfect or what she should have been. She had always been...broken. Such thoughts made her want to cry, but she pushed back the urge. She ran a soft touch down her violent stitches on her throat that ran all the way to her Sternum. Not just broken, ruined. She had seen the other beings that kept her, the were able to speak. She was with out that ability.
She was born with out a mouth, not even that beneath her skin there was no jaw bone, no teeth, just...bone. A flat solid surface, not even surgery could grant her the ability to speak. Yet she had grown accustom to her disability. IF she could even think of it that way. She slowly set herself down in a sitting position and looked up at the sky. God, the stars. Such beauty to behold. Such wonder to be amazed...if she could...she would be smiling right now. But instead the emotion could be seen in her eyes, as the twinkled just like those stars. She was free now...nothing could hurt her anymore...
Except when her hand went back to her throat she was struck with the realization that she will have to hurt herself in the end. Her only way of eating is through those stitches. She let her head fall down in front of her hanging low. There was no escaping it. She was free, but even if she was free from the experiments, she was not free of suffering. She had walked into a whole new nightmare...

Keira had been out enjoying the night watching those that wandered in the dark. Many were blood thirsty vampires who could sense her but knew better than to come near her. She would have problem putting any of the out of their misery. Smirking her one booted foot hung out over the wall while she rested there. Spotting a few human and shifter hunters she grinned. It would have been enjoyable to see if they noticed her but she wasn't in the mood for tormenting those that especially now would have a serious time hurting her. It would also ruin the plans she had in her head. The humans were a dying race many of them resorting to being hunters only made their lifespan even less. The shifters just mistrusted her kind but they always fought the ones starving going mad from the lack of filling blood. All in due time she thought to herself letting her leg swing freely back and forth.
She sat their thinking about the past and recent events. A smile curved her lips as she hummed softly to herself. Not finding anything exciting or well anything more exciting to entertain herself with she would head home. There was always excitement for her there, even more so now. Standing up her tongue slid over her fangs as she hopped off the ledge. Keira had thought about taking the stairs back down through the building. Rolling her eyes she turned and hoped back on the ledge. Just as she was about to hop off of it she heard the slapping of bare feet on the broken pavement. Turning she walked along the ledge till she could see the other side of the street. There she saw what appeared to be a dark haired girl running. Bare foot and she could sense the excitement and the fear rolling off of her.
Staying where she was she watched as the girl finally stopped. Keira had not seen her face yet but was intrigued by this girl. She wasn't a full shifter but her blood was stronger than that of human. Smirking she hopped off the ledge and landed with a soft thud four stories below on the ground. Standing back up she walked silently towards the girl. When she got near enough her hand reached out caressing her the girls dark locks. "Its dangerous to be out in the dark... so many bad things could happen to a beautiful young thing" she whispered into her ear before safely stepping out her reach. Keira liked to play but she knew the danger that they all could be and how well many of them acted.

"Its dangerous to be out in the dark... so many bad things could happen to a beautiful young thing"
The first mistake this woman had made was touch Experiment 24601. As soon as the light touch fell upon her tangled unkempt hair she flinched away and her bright white eyes instantly changed into black from terror. The woman's voice entered her ears but they did not register in her mind, too busy focusing on the fact that she had been found by another. Her instincts bringing memories of the incisions, the shots, the feedings, the cutting, stitching, and blood tests. The raspy voices of the scientists, the cold hard ground she was forced to sleep upon. She turned her head and stepped back and what the woman would behold was something...far from beautiful.
Dark black eyes filled with fear, and the desire to protect herself. Scars on almost every inch of her body from the experimentation, a long vicious stitch line with black thread that lined from her throat to her sternum. Dried blood outlined the stitching. her face held no nose, or mouth. Two tiny slits for her breathing, and a blank nothingness on here a mouth SHOULD have been. She wore a rag that was not only beyond dirty, but held patches of dried blood, sweat and tears. From the look of Experiment 24601, the woman would be able to tell that this was indeed no beautiful young thing. This as a creature, that suffered a horrid life, and feels she is still living it.
Yet that is what she was on the outside, inside of her holds even more of a mystery. Her mutation and "gift" is what the scientists were after to study. Born as a half breed shifter, it is unlikely for her genetic mutation. They had also discovered her rapid healing ability, this giving them a reason to cut her open every day. But there was something else about her, something dangerous. Something they were afraid would become an outbreak...and what they discovered about this...is the very reason why...it was very bad that Experiment 24601 had escaped the Laboratory.
24601 took another step back bracing her legs as if she were about to run again. Long delicate hands splayed and flexed outward, revealing long jagged yellow nails, her sorry attempt to intimidate the other woman. Her breathing hitched and she felt her chest rise and fall at a faster rate than she was used to. She took another step back...one more and she will be bolting down the street, searching for some kind of safe haven...anything...anything at all would do at this point.

The look of the females hair and the rags that she wore did nothing for Keira. Many that wandered this late at night, not trying to seek cover were wanderers, those that scavenged more than others to live. Or those that wanted to die. Lightly she caressed the dark brown locks of the woman not seeing her face but issuing a soft warning for herself and others that were out this night. Watching the woman pull away from her she smirked but her eyes narrowed as what could have been a beautiful woman was an abomination standing there before her. Her eyes didn’t bother her she was used to seeing beings eyes that changed colors but her not having a mouth and the stitches on her throat. “What the hell are you?” Keira hissed showing her fangs at this creature.
Keira’s blue eyes darkened a shade or two as she scented the fear of this half breed monster. She had always agreed that halfbreed’s of any form were creatures and this one looked to be one. Stepping closer to her she took a closer look at this woman’s body. She smelled like death and practically looked like it. Whatever had happened to her someone made sure they left their marks on her skin. Running her tongue over her fangs she snorted and shook her head as the woman took a step back. “There are far worse things out in the dark then me” she told her honestly watching. Keira had a feeling that the woman was going to run from her. They all ran, even ones she wasn’t hunting. Her stomach was full her strength was back to almost normal she didn’t need to feed didn’t even have the desire to. The only thing she wanted to do was cause a little bit of mischief and this one caught her eye.
When the woman showed her nails to Keira she just smiled and tsk’d at the display. She was going to have to try harder than that. Showing her fangs again she took another step closer to her. Keira’s heels crunching the concrete beneath them. Sensing the rise in her blood pressure, Keira crossed her arms over her chest as the woman took off running down the street. Moving after her quietly she moved quicker than the woman cutting off her one route, giving her the option of trying to go through her and onto the main street, to head into one of buildings or back the way she came. “I wouldn’t go this way dearie those that don‘t care about anything then fresh blood hunt these streets at night…” Her words were said with a smirk. She was having fun and at the same time possibly saving this creatures life.

When the woman hissed and asked what she was she glared. It wasn't like she could answer her question. SHE COULDN'T TALK! The fact that the woman had asked her a question she could not answer made her even more infuriated. But the hiss caught her off guard, as well as fangs. What was She? She asked 24601, hell 24601 could ask her the SAME DAMN question. Her eyes widened as she proceeded to take that step, the woman continued to speak but 24601 was done listening. She turned and took off down the street, running as fast as her legs could carry her. But to her dismay, the woman was faster. Appearing in front of her as if it took no effort to catch up to her.
When she spoke again she saw the mischievous smirk on the woman's face. She was playing with her as if she were some toy. 24601 felt as if she were back at the laboratory all over again. She started to shake, there was never escape from her hell. She was born to be forever punished...born to forever be doomed to torture, pain, fear, anger and disdain. Her black eyes squinted and blinked quickly as she glared at the woman, wishing there was something she could do to defend herself. But alas, she knew there was nothing. She knew of no combat skills, she had no weapon, her nails were weak brittle and broken. No matter how hideous she looked, she will never be truly threatening. She had nothing. She was cornered, defeated before she had the fighting chance. Yet she will never have such a chance.
She raised her hands out in a horrid attempt to protect herself as she often did to the scientists who beat her. The scars on her arms were little holes, made from needles they didn't even bother to sterilize. Harsh scratches that were fresh from that day had her other arm, blood had dried but they were infected, as most of her injuries were. It is amazing she even survived this long. The dried blood from the dark stitching from throat to sternum were the most prominent, and disturbing to look upon. But no one ever bothered to wonder of the mind of this creature. That beyond the disgusting appearance, something beautiful could lurk inside of Experiment 24601. That if she could speak, her words would be poetic and well thought out. That if she were given the chance, she could show how wonderful she can be.
Yet no one ever did, she was an abomination, a creature worth killing. And the woman standing in front of her had made it clear. There was no salvation for her, no saving, no happiness, just pain. Torture, disgust from every on looker. Fear from every child who should approach her, Fear and Anger being the only emotions she will ever feel for the rest of her life. 24601 lowered her hands, and dropped to her knees as if giving up. Tears fell from her blackened eyes, she was so alone. She only wished that she could find redemption. That she could find a light that would lead her to a place where she can be free. Impossible. Improbable. Not but a pathetic dream that was whisked away in the midnight air, like dust in the wind.

“Enough!” cried out a voice, loud and true as a sudden shot from a gun went off, sounding out like thunder as a man approached from the other side of the scared creature. He’d been watching in silence for a while from a spot not too far from here and he’d had enough. He’d been trying to correct Keira and teach her how to behave around people and other creatures, even be sincere, yet things were going slow. So, sliding down the large hill of rubble and on to the solid ground, he walked over to the girl and said to her, “Please, turn this way, stand. I won’t hurt you and my friend over there won’t hurt you either so don’t be afraid. I’m here to help you,” holding out his hand as he put away his rifle and walked slightly closer, not wanting to scare her, he kept a decent distance as he’d noticed any form of physical interaction seemed to arouse and in all scare her. Although she was afraid of him, he knew at least slightly what she was feeling, the feeling of being a monster that no one could ever love in a dark and cruel world. He’d left for a year to explore the world just to learn about things and what he found was that the world wasn’t so devoid of strange people.
As he traveled those roads so long ago, fighting his way through swamps and deserts under cover of night or beneath the fiery sunlight, he always kept in his heart that he’d find something one day. Truthfully, he never thought he would until he met her, Keira, the woman who tormented the poor experiment here today, which Marc didn’t like at all, saying to Keira then, “now, now, can’t you see she needs help? How do you expect to rebuild this world and face the Dragons which you despise so much without comrades? Nothing, no matter how strong you are, can be accomplished alone, Keira. We really can’t afford to be doing things like this, harming a poor, defenseless girl!” so, quickly, he removed his thick wool trench coat and threw it to her as a gesture of kindness, speaking softly, “will you please join us for a while? I promise we won’t harm you. Really, we just want to help you,” a smile across his face, pouring out the kindness in his heart from the very action in order to try and win her over, both mentally and physically.

Keira watched unimpressed as the creature stopped and held up her hands to her. She couldn't imagine not having a mouth but didn't need to, she had one, that was all that mattered. Crossing her arms over her chest she smirked and shook her head, blond waves danced down her back as the woman fell to her knees. Watching the tears pour down her cheeks she was not effected by tears. Maybe before the war she would have been sympathetic but not now. She was for once trying to save someone, an abomination, someone Gille's would have killed without a thought ridding the world of it and sending it to a better place. Chuckling at the thoughts she took a step closer to the creature then stopped when she heard his voice ring out through the night air. Growling she stopped where she was and watched as Marc approached from the creatures back. Huffing she took a few steps away from the Experiment and glanced over her shoulder at the main street behind her. Shooting him an icy glare she placed her hands on her hips and listened to him speak.
"I get scolded for attempting to stop an abomination from running to her death out there" she growled pointing behind her. Keira spoke in an accent one thick like it had been before she was changed. It often returned when she was angry, she didn't like being told what to do. Taking Marc in she was learning quickly on how he was different than Gille's like light and dark she thought watching Marc try to tend to the girl. It was odd to see someone who truly cared for another. She got a good deal out of Marc getting blood and nourishment as well as companionship but this girl couldn't even talk. What use was she? She was being simple minded but that's how things worked in her brain if you were stronger then you figured out how a lesser being could benefit you. There was no such thing as friendship and love, Marc was slowly breaking her defenses down on that thought but he still hadn't fully changed her mind.
Her eyes got icy cold when he tsk'd at her and she took a step closer to the both of them. If anyone saw her getting scolded by a human they would think her weak and she wouldn't take that. "I will kill the both of 'eh if you don't get out of the street..." she hissed through her teeth at them. "We need those that can fight Marc. It looks like she has been through hell but these are not defensive wounds or wounds from fighting" she motioned to the young woman's arms." she glanced over her shoulder once more and motioned for them to both go into the nearest building beside them with a door. "We will help her but get off the street others are coming" she hissed at them both. Keira had promised to protect Marc and would continue to do so. She had begun to get close to him and he was a food source but no one else mattered to her. Walking across the narrow side street she pushed open a door to a building that was still standing and ushered them forward.

Experiment 24601 Looked up at the woman as she inched closer but then she flinched when a loud sound made her ears, if she could scream she would have. She curled down into the fetal position hiding herself from the world as best she could as she heard a male voice speak. “Please, turn this way, stand. I won’t hurt you and my friend over there won’t hurt you either so don’t be afraid. I’m here to help you,” Help? She knew the definition of THAT word. When someone says they want to HELP you they strap you down and inject strange chemicals into your blood stream! She stayed right where she was, and shivered harder. Clinging to herself as if she were falling apart.
“now, now, can’t you see she needs help? How do you expect to rebuild this world and face the Dragons which you despise so much without comrades? Nothing, no matter how strong you are, can be accomplished alone, Keira. We really can’t afford to be doing things like this, harming a poor, defenseless girl!” 24601 felt so weak, so useless...As if she deserved to die right then and there. But then, a Blessing, seemed to find her. Something hit her body, but it was warm, and smelled of a sweet masculine perfume. She opened her black eyes to find the jacket the man was once wearing laying on top of her. She blinked as it warmed her shivering body. “will you please join us for a while? I promise we won’t harm you. Really, we just want to help you,” There was that word again. 'Help.' she didn't know what to make of it anymore.
She gripped the jacket, and pulled it closer to her to warm herself even more. She was like a lost kitten in a forest of wild wolves. It was then that the woman spoke with icy words that made her shiver once more. The word 'Abomination' left the woman's lips and shattered any hope of having the poor girl follow anyone. Why would she accept help from someone who thought her to be useless? Her eyes had lightened a little from the jacket, but had darkened to a deep charcoal black from hatred, and fear. This woman was not to be trusted, she did not know of the man, but he was affiliated with the ice woman. Guilty by Association. She sat up and drew the coat over herself hiding her monstrosity from the world and those whom looked at her. Her eyes down as she remembered those cursed days in the Lab.
The pain, agony, constant prayers to be saved...would they deliver her to her freedom? Or return her to the Hell from whence she came?...She slowly stood up straight and stared only at the man. Her black eyes held so much history, she looked as if she were thousands of years old. The beauty that can behold them should anyone actually take the time to look, can be entrancing. Though the woman was silent...she held such wisdom. Yet, fear is what was prominent in he eyes. Fear is what kept her from taking a step any closer to them. The Abomination stayed right where she was. But clung to the warmth that was offered to her.

Lindsay walked down a deserted street. Not seeing anyone around she sat down on the side of a building. She sighed and looked up at the night sky. Not more than a few minutes ago, she heard things blow up, some kind of explosion. She was still pretty freaked out. Sighing she stood up and dusted herself off. She felt like she was in the middle of no where and she was the only person living. She always felt so alone in the world. Not knowing about other things around her as much as she thought hit her like a ton of bricks. She obviously didn't belong.
Lindsay had been living there for about 5 years and hadn't made a single friend. She thought to herself about her future. What was she suppose to make of herself? Was she just suppose to sit alone in her hut like house alone for the rest of her life? Looking to her left, she saw 3 different figures. Not knowing who or what they were, she walked near them, staying scarce just in case they were who she didn't want to be around.
Lindsay walked up to them risking it. She was too tired of being in the corner all of the time. She saw 2 women and a man. She looked at the man, then at the woman wearing his jacket close her her. "Um, can I ask what's going on here?" She was a little scared but wasn't exactly sure if she should show it to the strangers.
Standing still she could tell that she was nothing besides frozen in fear and anxiety. She didn't know these people so she didn't know what to do. She could feel her tail start to come. She pushed it away and said "And do you need any help?" She was completely unaware of the situation that was happening right in front of her.
Lindsay bit her lip and was still motionless. Part of her cat instincts. Just wanting to get out of there she sighed looked at the guy. He was good looking. She would give him that. She wasn't one of those people who would drool over decent looking guys and try to go after them. She liked to make sure that they would have a good relationship that would grow over time. Kicking away the romance subject inside her mind, she looked at the ground and waited for someone to say something to her. More like a "No" or a "Go away" She usually got that. It wouldn't be anything new.

As he looked on at her, he turned to look over at the young and beautiful woman who’d approached him from behind, turning to her as he gave a soft chuckle, bowing politely to her as he said, “Of course we’d love your help. If you could, say, calm her down,” he stopped a moment to point on at the girl who was in a fit of fear, “then you’re more than welcome to join us. I’ve been trying but my lovely companion over there,” stopping again to point to Keira, “doesn’t see how delicate the situation is. It is slightly obvious she is traumatized and needs to be talked to, yet she doesn’t seem to be calming down. At least not till my friend decided to call her something a bit outstretching from what she truly is,” he stopping as he slowly came closer to the girl, shaking there on the ground. He wanted to help her, not hurt her so he only hoped she’d listen as he sat down near her and said, “look, I understand you’re scared but we need to get out of here, its dangerous to be out at night in the open without anyone to help you and we want to help you. I promise you won’t be hurt if you come with us, but if we just leave you here then theres nothing we can do for you,”
He stood back up then, looking over to Keira as he growled, “shes not an abomination, Keira. She’s a living and breathing creature just like everyone else. Its horrible for you to tell someone something like that just because of their scars or just because they look different!” sighing as he knew the futility of it all, slowly approaching the girl that was called an abomination once more till he sat there next to her, smiling as she enjoyed the warmth that his wool coat had offered him so many times in the past, the simple things being such great joys to other people, things that could mean so much that others would so easily take for granted. Yet he knew this, which was why he kept so many of his items in tip top condition, fixing things when they broke, repairing portions of clothing when necessary, even cleaning things when they only needed a light dusting.
However, doing as Keira told him to do, he stood up and looked down at her, saying to her, “come on now. If you can trust anyone around here, its me. I won’t call you an abomination because I know that you’re beautiful deep down inside and I know that you were brought into the world to do something special, even if they don’t believe you were. Just know that I believe in you, in all honesty I do,” a soft smile across his face once more as he continued to hold his hand out, patient even though he knew Keira was right, they were coming for them and they would have to act fast if they wanted to get out of there without any Vampires coming into the conflict to upset things further. It wouldn’t be good for them if the Vampire community knew about Keira’s little weakness, her interest in Marc, which would only cause them to go after her, therefore he knew where she was coming from when she beckoned them from the doorway of an abandoned home, he turning his head to look at her as he let out a soft chuckle, saying off in Keira’s Direction, “Alright, we’ll move out of the open,” as he turned to face the woman who’d stepped into the fray to meet with them there.
“Alright, we need to get out of this area so we’re moving into that building over there. Its no longer safe out here so I think that you should probably head on inside with us, for your own protection that is,” he looking at her for a while before he returned his gaze to his current assigned target, the traumatized young girl upon the ground there, looking her over, thinking to himself, until he said quietly, “who the hell could’ve done something like this to you? Monsters, whoever they are,” displeased with the medical history that littered her body, knowing that it was no doubt the cause of all this trauma to touching. He’d seen a few girls traumatized in this same sort of state when he lived in Vull with the Professor, he being the only local doctor, but he’d never seen it this bad before, causing him to worry deeply for her. ‘If only she could communicate with me,’ he thought to himself until an idea struck him. Quickly, he went through his bag that he carried with him everywhere, searching around for something until he pulled out a brand new leather bound journal he’d made a few days ago and some pens he’d found at a local office supply store, setting them down in front of her as he said to her, “for you,” hoping that she’d understand the message and know how to write. He’d written a little bit in the journal, but not much, nothing that really said much about him, but enough to know he wasn’t a bad person, things detailing his time out in the middle of the night once and the time he’d sketched this beautiful white wolf out underneath the moonlight once. So, sitting there patiently, he watched, observant, waiting in total silence as he listened to the gentle sound of the swirling simplistic darkness all around then, whispering soundlessly into his ears all sorts of things, memories, dreams…ideas…

Experiment 24601 looked up at the man as he spoke to her even more. “look, I understand you’re scared but we need to get out of here, its dangerous to be out at night in the open without anyone to help you and we want to help you. I promise you won’t be hurt if you come with us, but if we just leave you here then theres nothing we can do for you,” Her black eyes fixed on his face. It was so gentle, his smile was soft and true. She had never seen such an expression before. His hand was held out to her, but he preceded to try and get to her mind even deeper. Sitting across from her, he spoke more, his voice just as gentle...if not even more sincere.. “come on now. If you can trust anyone around here, its me. I won’t call you an abomination because I know that you’re beautiful deep down inside and I know that you were brought into the world to do something special, even if they don’t believe you were. Just know that I believe in you, in all honesty I do,” Standing again he held out his hand, and 24601 was trying not to cry...
No one had ever called her beautiful before...she knew it wasn't true, but the fact that he had stated it...was more than she could have ever asked for. But he didn't end there, reaching into his bag he pulled out a journal, and a pen. 24601 knew what that was because she often saw the main doctor recording information onto it. She had written many things on her cell wall, with chalk...but this...this was something far different. He lay it on the ground before her and said it was just for her. Her hand trembled as she reached out for it, her palm flattening on the cover, and lightly caressing it as if it were worth its weight in gold. Her fingers probing at the hard cover and her other hand enclosed on the pen. Her black eyes faded, and started to glow white. It was the first time anyone else had seen her when she was happy. It was truly a sight to see. When the white of her eyes can be seen it is in these moments that her beauty can shine through them.
“who the hell could’ve done something like this to you? Monsters, whoever they are,”
The vast capability of her mind shined through those angelic eyes. As she looked down at the journal and opened the cover, the beautiful words scrawled on the paper were something to behold. Ideas, memories, proof that he truly was what he said he was. She could trust him...as she turned the page, the tears fell...the sketch of a white wolf..so beautifully drawn, expertly depicted...her index finger stroked down the chest of the wolf as she looked up at the man. If she had lips, they would have smiled. She blinked quickly, as tears streamed down her face. She opened to a blank page and scrawled down two words.
Name: Experiment 24601
She turned the book so he could see it and held it out to him so that he would learn her name. To her, a name was a label, she was raised with a number, so she did not understand that what she was showing him could be even more disturbing. That not only was she tortured, but she was treated like an animal, or worse an object or property. When he asked her who did this to her a little bit ago she didn't know how to answer. She knew they were scientists, but she did not know that they were her own kind. She didn't know she was one of a kind.

Keira hated to be scolded, especially in front of anyone lesser than her. In her eyes this halfbreed was lesser than even Marc. He had a soft heart, whatever side of him that had been a hunter seemed to be gone or lay dormant somewhere inside of him. Not liking all the noise that was going on she knew that others would be drawn to it. Moving to the abandoned building she opened the door and practically commanded that they all entered. She wasn't going to fight off a bunch of rouges if they didn't scare easily from her. Marc was the only one she cared about and when another shifter walked up to them and asked what was going on her eyes grew icy cold and deathly hard. Turning to face the young shifter she growled at her and let Marc do the talking. Keira was at the point she could have just walked away and never looked back but she wasn't leaving her donor out here with a bunch of shifters who didn't seem to care for their lives at all. One seemed to have an excuse the other was apparently stupid.
"Get in the damn building now" she hissed at them, "I don't care for the lot of you except him" she said as she closed the door and locked it once they were all inside. Keira didn't bother to move as she leaned against the door propping her one foot up on the door she pulled out one of her throwing knives and twirled it in her hand. Her eyes moving over all of them then fell to the full blooded shifter, feline she would guess from her scent. "You all are mad" she hissed and watched as Marc tried to communicate with the abomination that didn't have a mouth. He had good intentions when he told Keira the girl was just different, but if had lived the life she had then he would have felt the same way.
Pushing herself away from the wall she continued to twirl the knife in her hand as she hissed at the feline shifter. Walking a circle around the three of them she watched Marc carefully and smirked. Stopping behind him she looked at the feline and asked. "What the hell are you doing out at night shifter? didn't your mommy and daddy tell you things that go bump in the night like to play?" Keira was in a very foul mood and she didn't care who she let it out on at the moment.

Lindsay took a step back. Vampire. She hated them more than anything in the world. She almost hated them the same as dragons. Looking over at the man with the girl and then back at the vampire. "God will you chill out. Your kinda pissing me off." She said it in a gentle tone but if you read between the lines you would know she is saying "Oh my god will you chill for once!." But of course she wouldn't say that exactly to a vampire. Even her being a shifter a vampire could take her out if she wasn't paying attention.
Walking over to the man she said "Well you have kinda the right person for that." She was good at taking care of people but wasn't sure she would be able to settle this girl down. She went next to her and said "Hi." Usually just communicating with them would calm them down. But that probably wouldn't really work with her. That's why she is half good and the other side useless in every way.
Just after she said it, the vampire ordered them to go inside. She rolled her eyes and said "Who made you commander and chief?" She said very fiercely but walked inside anyway. Sitting down she watched as she circled them. She was pretty mad that this bloodsucker and just wanted to get out of her. She was even madder when she commented about her appearances. When bringing up her father in any situation she cries. But not this time. This time she was planning on showing she was strong. Even though she didn't really look that way on the outside.
Holding back tears she said "Why don't you just tend to your own business bloodsucker?" She obviously sounded like she was holding back tears. She felt pain in her throat and it hurt. She swallowed and glared at the woman. "And don't you have some poor defenseless creature to disembowel?" She didn't really care what she said at this point. If anyone knew her at all, they knew never to bring up her family
